Christian is one of the best technicians I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He immediately found out the issue with my furnace and finished the furnace repair the same day. Definitely will stay with Tyris heating and air going forwards!

Tyris Heating & Air was an excellent choice for the replacement of my AC system. Their technicians were professional, arrived on time and followed all the COVID-19 safety protocols while they were working in my home. They answered all my question and and when they left you wouldn't even know they had been there except for the nice cold air that was coming out of my vents. When the state inspector came to check the system he commented on how good of a job they did. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

When my AC stopped cooling I called Tyris Heating and Air Conditioning, and I'm thrilled i did. Christian was on time professional, and very friendly. He performed all his diagnostics and determined there was a refrigerant leak in the unit causing it to go into thermal protection mode on hot afternoons. He explained what he would need to do to fix it, and provided me with all my options. I chose option1 and Christian went to work, fixed it up, and emailed me a detailed invoice. AC works incredible now. I couldn't ask for better service. He even liked our cat.

I have to say that Christian the service person was beyond outstanding. He worked for three and a half hours from Friday late afternoon until at least 9:00 pm, and although he found the cause he couldn't find access because this is a Condo building. He tried everything he could and he was polite and he wanted to get to the bottom of it. He could not have been more polite more professional and more hardworking. He assured me that they would find and fix the problem. Very high praise for the responsiveness of the workers and especially the hard-working efforts of Christian.
